How to detoxify body from effects of pollution?
All of us exposed to pollution on a daily basis. We merely think of the effects and damages that exposure to pollution can cause to us and our health. The human body has amazing qualities of cleaning itself but when the pollutants starts building up in our system, and the body gets over loaded with these harmful toxins inside it become inefficient in cleaning up on its own and finally lands up in health related issues and diseases like asthma, cancer, hormonal imbalances, digestive disorders and suppression of the immune system and even cancers.
The main cause of diseases is the accumulated wastes in our body that are not expelled routinely from our body. This is the main reason detoxifying or detoxification of the system and body is required to free the body of wastes thus clogging and slowing down natural body processes. Detoxifying strengthens and rebuilt immunity, improves digestion and stabilizes hormones, thereby healing the body and promotes better quality of life.
The main aspects of detoxification is having and lot of food containing lots of antioxidants which fights the harmful free moving radicles in our system and flushing out the harmful toxins rom our body. The best way to detox the system is by including lots of vegetable and fruits in our diets which not only have these antioxidants but also have essential nutrients to help in proper digestion and system cleansing.
There are several detox diets that can be followed and the duration, type and intensity depends on the toxin levels present in the body and the physical health conditions. The range of detox diets varies from milder ones that can be practiced regularly to the hard core fasting ones. In all cases the results depends on the type of detox, but the outcome is almost similar as it makes you feel fresh and energetic with systems free of harmful fats, processed foods and toxins.
One of the most effective method of detoxing is water. Consume at least 8 to 10 glasses of water daily as it aids the kidneys in flushing out the toxins easily.
