Because of my background in engineering, everything I do is data-driven. Selling a home, however, is one of the most emotional things a person can do. Every seller thinks their house is great, and every buyer wants to get a great deal. So what’s the secret to pricing your house correctly when it comes time to sell? Today I’ll discuss the methods we use to help our sellers. In essence, the best price is one that the seller is willing to take and that buyers are willing to pay, and to find that, we need to make informed decisions using data.
