Here is a quick guide on how to incorporate Roger On into your client conversation, and how to best demo the technology.??

1 Equipment needed:?

? Have external speaker and a noise file ready.?

? Make sure your Roger On Trial device is fully charged.?

? Use Phonak hearing aids?

2 Prepare the hearing aids:?

? If your client is wearing a Phonak Trial hearing aid, starting from the Paradise platform or newer, you’re ready to go.?

? If your client is wearing standard Phonak Marvel, Paradise or Lumity hearing aids, install Roger receivers into their hearing aids.?

3 Demo Table mode:?

• Have Roger On muted and turn on the external sound source.??
• Ask the client how well he/she can understand you with the background noise.??
• Now, place Roger On in the middle of the table and unmute the device.??
• Ask the client how well he/she can understand you now with the background noise.??

4 Demo Presenter mode:?

• Have Roger On unmuted??
• Clip Roger On to the lapel of a conversation partner??
• Have him/her talk while at the same time walking? around the room??
• Ask if the client is still able to hear their partner well.??

5 Demo Pointing mode:?

• Have Roger On unmuted and turn on the external sound source.??
