The words adapt and overcome quite possibly could have been the mantra for 2020. At Kevnik Mortgage we have taken those words to heart as we have reimagined early last year how to deliver services with a personal touch in a digital world. Our brand promise is the Kevnik Experience which is providing our clients with the expert education, thorough evaluation, and effective execution necessary to make their home loan process seamless and worry-free. We also are focused on going beyond the transaction and believe in relationships. We want to champion our clients on their life goals and celebrate them as part of our own Kevnik Family.
We knew that to adapt and overcome connecting with our clients through Zoom was a great option for us since we couldn’t be in person. Here are some tips on how we created a personal touch in the digital space.
- Zoom as much as you can with clients or connections
- Get to know your clients and connections beyond a professional level i.e. discover what their interests are.
- Find virtual networking or connection opportunities in your area to continue to build new relationships.
- To foster a strong team connection we meet regularly on Zoom. We have the “Morning Buzz” where each morning we get to connect with our team in FL, AZ, WI, and MN. This allows us time to connect and get caught up on the daily and weekly projects.
