If you’re wondering what that even means, It's ok– I didn't know what data annotation was two years ago, but I quickly learned it's a way of processing text, images, and videos so they get classified or marked, and can become part of a team's algorithm for machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) projects. For example, for one client, we tagged electric bills, manually identifying the sum totals so machines can be trained to do this work by our clients. We’ve also summarized text and score summaries prepared by machines so that machines can learn to read and write faster.

Well, the idea should definitely be that. As companies are becoming focused onto solving issues to make lives better, it shouldn't be a secondary thoughts for such changemakers to outsource some of the work and help themselves to become more focused onto the real issue that they work around to innovate/change/solve.
