How to deal with stress
Hello people from around the world! I hope you had a great week, and everything went perfect for you! Today we will talk about stress in general and how to deal with stress especially on your exam weeks.
I assume a lot of people have problem with stress and to be honest with you I was one of you. I know how it feels to have a lot of stuff to do and to have no idea how to start. For example, in the last year I’ve been working full time and I had school almost every day. It was pretty difficult for me to plan everything and I was stressed every day because I thought I cannot finish everything on time. I didn’t have time for myself, for my family, or for my friends.
How I passed this moment? It was not easy. I had to sit down, to plan everything, to prioritise the most important things for me and to create my own schedule. To give you an example, when I had to study, I was setting a timer for 50 minutes of work and 10 minutes of break. I was doing this thing for 4 hours almost every day. I was trying to ask from my manager only evening shifts so I can have enough time for study in the morning.
To be more relaxed, light a candle, listen to some good music, and find a way to create your own schedule. Plan everything from before and don’t miss anything because it will be difficult to find a spot in your agenda for the missing tasks.?
