How to deal with LOW VIBRATIONAL people?

Currently, in internet and everywhere this term is very viral. What is the difference between a LOW Vibrational and High Vibrational person.

A Low vibrational people emit negative emotions not only in their life but also who surrounds to them. They get annoyed by happy people, lost in their life, do not tolerate anything, very dominating, want everyone to praise them etc.

Whereas a High vibrational people are individuals who have learned to vibrate on a higher frequency through their actions and lifestyle. Signs of high vibrational people include, increased empathy, feeling positive emotions like joy and gratitude often, living mindfully, being self-aware, being empathetic towards other's needs, highly creative, emotionally balanced etc.

Dear folks,

We are not born to fix low vibrational, narcissistic, or distorted individuals. We are individual souls tasked with rectifying our own past life karma and mistakes. Our focus should be on learning the lessons necessary to move ahead with our soul's purpose.

When our soul leaves this earth, we should aim to leave behind imprints of our good karma. By doing so, we contribute positively to the world and fulfil our true purpose.

But many times, a pure soul gets stuck with people who exhibit toxic or narcissistic tendencies, whether at work or at home. Here are some strategies to deal with such people or scenarios:

1.???? Set Boundaries: Clearly define what behavior you will not tolerate. Communicate these boundaries firmly and consistently.

2.???? Limit Interaction: Reduce the time you spend with toxic individuals as much as possible. When you do interact, keep it brief and focused.

3.???? Stay Calm and Detached: Practice emotional detachment. Don’t take their behavior personally and remain calm in their presence.

4.???? Seek Support: Surround yourself with positive and supportive people. Share your experiences with trusted friends or a therapist who can offer guidance.

5.???? Focus on Self-Care: Engage in activities that nurture your mental and emotional well-being. Meditation, yoga, and hobbies can help maintain your inner peace.

6.???? Practice Assertiveness: Learn to assert your needs and stand up for yourself without being aggressive. Use "I" statements to express how you feel.

7.???? Educate Yourself: Understand the traits of toxic and narcissistic behaviour. Knowledge can help you recognize manipulation and protect yourself.

8.???? Stay Goal-Oriented: Keep your focus on your goals and aspirations. Let your purpose drive your actions, not the negativity around you.

9.???? Consider Professional Help: If the situation becomes unmanageable, seek advice from HR (if it's a workplace issue) or a counsellor (for personal matters).

10.? Plan an Exit: If possible, create a plan to remove yourself from the toxic environment. This might mean changing jobs or seeking alternative living arrangements.

Remember, your well-being is a priority. By taking proactive steps, you can protect yourself and continue to thrive despite challenging circumstances.

First, before they boycott you from their group, be mentally ready to cut yourself off from their toxicity. Do meditation and stay focused on your goals. Remember, life is like a train journey. Many people will get on or off at designated stations, and along the way, you will encounter noisy people or passersby trying to forcefully sell you things, getting inside the train to disturb you or force you to buy their stuff.

Always make yourself self-sufficient both mentally and financially. Practice meditation, yoga, and chanting mantras to align your body, mind, and soul with your goals. Stay grounded and focused, and don’t let external negativity derail you from your path.

Remember, when we play any video game, we face many challenges and obstacles while crossing each level. But when we overcome these scenarios with patience, the world remembers us as winners. Life works similarly; it’s about navigating through difficulties and emerging stronger and more resilient. Keep pushing forward, stay patient, and let your persistence define your success.

To be a winner and be remembered in this world, we must face difficult situations, noisy people, and narcissistic individuals. It's not your job to fix them. Let them be, leave them in that situation, cut them out from your life, and move ahead. Our life purpose is to progress, not to get stuck in downgrading situations that pull us backward.

It’s like cracking a competitive entrance exam within a stipulated time. You must answer all the questions. If you get stuck on a difficult question, move on to the next one instead of wasting time. Our minds function healthily when we fill them with good memories and positive thoughts. Conversely, when we start accumulating mental garbage, our minds function unhealthily.

Throw out that garbage from your mind and life. Choose good people or friends who truly admire you, spread positivity, enlighten your soul, and help you grow in life.
