Common troubleshooting methods
1. The DTH?wears out prematurely. Insufficient lubricating oil or no lubrication causes wear of the moving parts of the?hammer, which causes premature wear. You need to check the?hammer?regularly, and add oil from the top of the?hammer regularly. And as?it is air-driven, increase?the oil content of the compressed air, it also has a good lubricating effect.
2. The DTH?does not work or works abnormally. It may because?air circuit or?there is block in?the hammer. The gap between the piston and the inner and outer cylinders or the air distributing?seat is too large or the piston is broken. You can check whether the air pressure and air circuit are normal. 3. The drill bit and the chuck?sleeve fall off together. The reason is that the rotation direction of the?hammer is incorrect when working. You can hook up the fallen parts with a salvage device and reassembled.?And during?drilling and lifting, ensure right rotation.
