How to deal with a critical spirit

Have you ever heard someone say that you just need to get over whatever you’re feeling? That’s not very helpful, is it?
A lot of coaches and gurus will tell you that you just need to push past it, but that doesn’t work when the critical spirit you’re trying to deal with is yourself. Lots of people ask me how to deal with a critical spirit.
The first question I ask them is what their inner voice sounds like.
How are you talking to yourself? Do you really think you can just push past that and find self-confidence without first addressing your inner voice?
I want you to imagine something with me. Think about what it would feel like to be able to take any critical thought and cast it far away, into the bottom of the sea.
Do you want to know how to overcome critical thinking? First you have to picture what life will be like when you’ve finally done it.
How will you treat yourself then? Which of your dreams will you be able to go after? What freedom will you feel?
It’s time to rethink that bad advice and confront yourself so that you can finally move forward.
P.S. Have you grabbed your pre-order copy of my new book, “L.I.T.E. It Up Sis: 7 Secrets for Dominating the Workplace While Living Out Your? Purpose” yet? I have an entire chapter about how to build your confidence. Here’s the link: https://py.pl/1mZON0
