It is difficult to wake up and have a spring in your step and feel motivated in all aspects of your life but don't despair as we can work on trying to improve our day by taking small steps to build resilience not only in our mindset but physically too. The two go hand in hand. Focusing on your mindset and waking up to a positive affirmation each day will start to make you feel more able to take action whether it is doing some exercise or tackling a job that you have been putting off for a while.
And if you need some gentle movement to help unwind, Pilates/Mobility is a great way to destress and relax your body and mind. Just allowing yourself time to concentrate on you, feel your body move, tune into how it is responding to movement and focusing on breathing more deeply has a huge positive impact on your overall wellbeing.
