What did the work process look like?

"It started with Adar bringing in an Architect who helped us map out our needs and define the required solution. Then, a team, including a Project Manager and a Data Engineer, came in and started building the platform. The core of the project took around 3-4 months, but for us, it was just the beginning of our data journey."

What were the results of the collaboration with BIyond?

"Unrelated to BIyond, who helped us come up with the insights, some of the projects didn't progress exactly as we expected. But our secondary project - building a data pipeline - was a big success. We replaced our entire old technology stack with a much more modern and efficient solution.?

Some of the tools implemented, like Snowflake and Tableau, still serve us faithfully to this day. But beyond the technology itself, working with BIyond gave us a solid foundation for the way forward. Today, we have an internal data team capable of maintaining and developing the platform that was built."
