2、?Confirmation drawing

LCD screen manufacturers will generally design and issue drawings to the terminal purchaser for confirmation within one week after receiving the requirements. It should be noted that the matters to be confirmed include appearance design drawings, drawing modification, mold making, layout design, photo etching film making (electrode x2, frame, silver dot, PI, test PCB), screen, relief plate, and test rack. Finally, sign the confirmation drawing for the LCD panel manufacturer to customize the mold opening.

3、?Confirmation sample

After the drawings are confirmed, the LCD panel manufacturer will make arrangements and generally report the specific proofing cycle, mainly depending on the ease of product production. Generally, the proofing time for modules is about 20 days, while that for assemblies is about 25 days.

After receiving the sample, the LCD panel manufacturer will generally pass strict tests before giving it to the terminal purchaser. The terminal purchaser can also retest and debug the sample after receiving the sample, and confirm that the sample is OK. The sample can be signed to the LCD panel manufacturer for small batch production.???
