How to Cultivate Personal Empowerment

How have you cultivated personal empowerment so far this year??

Step 1 in the 4-step empowerment process is knowing yourself. Not only does this mean to reflect on ourselves and our development from time to time, this also means to best understand what our needs are. In order to feel fully empowered, we have to engage in personal investment methods that we know best suit us and will cultivate results.?

One of the 10 empowering actions is Invest. In this instance, we translate this action into investing in ourselves – whether that’d be engaging in self-care, doing things that make us happy, or even connecting with the people that empower us the most. While it is important that we work to empower others, we cannot truly do that unless we empower ourselves first and foremost.?
