One, Preparation:

If it is a manual operation crimping press, the operator needs to constantly observe the degree of contraction of the sleeve of the crimping fitting, generally the sleeve is tightly wrapped around the outer rubber of the hose, and the place where the contact between the sleeve and the outer rubber of the hose is bent by hand will not appear a gap as appropriate.

Three, check the hose assembly:

1. After the hose crimping is completed, the outside of the hose fitting should be observed, the fitting is tightly wrapped around the outer rubber of the hose, and there will be no gap between the contact of the ferrule and the outer rubber of the hose when bent by hand, and the inner core of the fitting will not be seriously deformed.?

2. With a thin steel wire or rod into the fitting core gently around the inner core wall test friction, the core wall around the smooth and smooth, indicating that the fitting crimping qualified. If there is a feeling of fracture around the core wall, it means that the core of the fitting may be fractured due to excessive crimping pressure, and the hose will be oozing oil or bulging in the process of future use. There is also a situation that the crimping pressure is too strong to cause the inner core to break directly, which is the inner core will be directly crimping, with steel wire or rod can not reach in, the hose for the scrap.
