Create your Web Form

• Step 1

Web form creation happens in the backend of the Sitefinity CMS platform. Upon clicking on the ‘Content’ option go to the ‘Forms’ option.?

Over there you will find an option to ‘Create a form’.

You will get to see a field for adding the Title for your form. Over there, provide a name for the form and click the Create option. From there proceed to add the contents for the form.

The next process is to work on Widgets for the web form. You can drop the required Textbox widgets for your web form. Here we have selected Email, Multiple Choice, and File Upload widgets.?

In this step, you can edit and customize your widgets. In order to customize the Label, go on and click the widget and set it to the Editable Textbox option. Upon performing this action you can save the changes made.?

In this final stage once you have made the required changes, go on to publishing the form.

Display your Form

Once you have successfully submitted the form publishing, go back to the backend of your Sitefinity CMS. Go to the ‘Pages’ option and over there click on ‘Create a Page’ option. You will see a Name Field option. Over there enter the Form Page. You will see a ‘Create’ option. Click that option and proceed to add your Content. Then go on to Drop the Form Widget on your page. Upon clicking the ‘Select a Form’ option a dialog box will appear. From there you can select the form that you previously created. Select your form and proceed to publish your Page.
