How to create a valuable relation document (relationshandling) in building acoustics

Measurement reports are the ultimate treasure for an acoustician. It is the source of knowledge. At the end of a project we verify the design principles in a report that, from our point of view, also is our contribution to relation documentation (relationshandling). It should be easy to go back to find the partitions measured and also find the results. And the developers should easily be able to go back to see for which partitions in the building, measurements have been carried out.

Therefore, we promote the folllowing procedure for each partition - marc measurement direction, type of measurement et.c. on a floor plan drawing and use clickable links to be directed to the corresponding measurement curve sheet and vice versa. The??value for these types of reports cannot be underestimated, all important information of the measured partition, such as room volumes, additional cabinets close to a wall or any other important information explaing the results are easily found for the future.?
