Once you have your agenda items ready, indicate how much time you want to spend on each item. Even better: Add in what you should see on the clock so you don’t need to do any math in your head during the call. If your team is in different time zones, include those, too.
Here’s an example:
Bonus Tip: End your meetings 5 minutes ahead of the half hour or hour to give your team time to context switch and for a bio break.
