How to Create a Successful...Anything

As the first month of 2022 nears a close, I’m sure everyone has rethought, revised, and re-visioned what they want for their life.?
I don’t need to be the millionth person to say the pandemic has changed our lives and illuminated our values. (Well, I guess I just was…*shrug*... anyways it’s true.)?
Whether it's a new venture for your company, a new job you want, or a deep personal goal, I believe the rules for success in ?anything ? remain the same.
1. BE CLEAR
Why is it that humans have desires, and procrastinate on being clear with themselves? Probably because taking responsibility can be a cringe moment.?
But I swear it’s the first step.?
Be responsible for where you’re at.
Recognize where you’re at with zero judgement.?
No shame.?Negative. Positive. Whatever - just be honest and clear so you can build the bridge to the other side of your vision.
You can’t build on a shaky foundation. And really the foundation for meeting your vision is the clarity you feel about yourself and where you’re at.?
2. HAVE A POWERFUL VISION?
If you want to level up your income, be a manager, spend more time with family, ?anything ?
You can’t achieve without clearing the space for a powerful vision.

What makes a powerful vision??
Incorporating “Both/And” mentality.?
Sometimes we don’t fully commit because we have competing intentions and competing beliefs. I see it in the recruiting space all the time – especially the competition between success and fulfillment.? The false ideology that you have to choose between being fulfilled and being “successful,” promoted, etc.
If you achieve any goal… but at the end of the day, aren’t fulfilled…. Are you really successful?
Break it down for yourself on what the most aligned, powerful vision is for you. ??
3. INVITE PEOPLE TO BELIEVE IN YOU
Don’t underestimate community and support. Yes, you’re responsible for achieving your vision - but the energy in your environment and circle can be a multiplier for commitment or a eliminator of commitment.?
Enrolling people into your vision so that you have an army of people that can be of support is a major key.???
And isn’t it just more fulfilling to grow with others instead of isolation??
(Idk… I’ve had enough experience with isolation the past couple years.????)?
All in all…
When you cast a vision for yourself, commitment, trust, and faith are key components of having a healthy relationship with your goals. You have to be real and honest with all of these components in order to achieve.?
Just saying,
