HOW TO CREATE STORIES TO COMMUNICATE YOUR BRAND AND PRODUCT

Just had an inspiring conversation about #storytelling in tech. It took me some time to gather this panel for you and get deep insights, the stories which are normally not shared in articles or posts.
Use these DOs and DON’Ts OF STORYTELLING to communicate about your brand and products and ensure better growth for your company.
- Start storytelling to simplify the communication with your clients and internal team
- Use the evergreen storyline: hero - problem - epiphany - a better life.
- Communicate your product so that customers want it: your client is the hero.
- Pay attention to the 3 basic elements of stories: substance, structure, style.
- Not just facts, but context -> to make your story unique.
- Storytelling and writing content is all about learning: rework your stories.
- Collect your stories and structure them: meta-narrative with smaller stories.
- Values from the past + vision for the future aligned with what you’re doing now create a narrative drive.
- Be authentic and genuine: stories are in your mind and heart, live and feel them.
- Be inspired by what your customers are thinking and saying, be a good listener to deliver tangible values to them.
- Add humour, this is the hack.
- Bad decisions also make good stories.
- Involve your employees, they can become your brand ambassadors by telling your story.
