How to create a split/menu button in a few steps?

First, we need to create a new UX Form Action Layout Group, which is essentially the place where we define the declarative and UI actions that will be merged into a single split or menu button in the Action Bar. If you select menu the button will take the name that you gave if you select split button it will take the name of the first button you've added to the list collector, and then we choose which actions will be part of our group and the table it will be used on.

After we've done that, we move on to the UX Form Actions Layout Item or the place where we control how the declarative action appears relative to other declarative and UI actions in the Action Bar. We populate the name and label in item type we select group and in group we select the one which we created above.

Moving on we navigate to the UX Form Action Layout where we define the groupings of declarative & UI actions that are visible for specific sets of users in the Action Bar. We create a new one and select the Action Config, in our Case the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace Action Config

and that's it, we now have a split/menu button in a few easy steps!
