Create a career vision statement. Write down what success looks like for you, beyond just job titles and salaries. This clarity will help you stay focused on the right opportunities rather than applying for everything that comes your way.

2. Build a Strong Personal Brand Your personal brand is how you showcase your value to potential employers—it’s a game-changer when it comes to job hunting. Your brand is more than just your LinkedIn profile; it’s the complete picture of how you present yourself, both online and offline.

Start by:

  • Identifying your key strengths and skills.
