On Wednesday 24th April, Maxwell Bond will be hosting a special event with best-selling author Professor Damian Hughes on how to create a high performing culture and team environment.

Ahead of economic uncertainty, it’s never been more important to cultivate a winning mindset in your workplace to help your teams reach peak performance and help attract the right talent.

Damian will be exploring themes of culture and team psychology, whilst dissecting what made FC Barcelona one of the most successful clubs in the world.
