Leading a healthy lifestyle and spreading the idea of health to others starts with you. Live your healthiest life, and lead by example. Find a lifestyle that works for you, and accept that you can't do it all. Do what makes you happy and fits seamlessly into your life, and you’ll find that making health a priority is easier than you think.

My mission is to help you do it all, by allowing you to choose the time and place for your yoga class and help you build a relationship with the most important person – yourself. ?I create customized yoga classes centered around what you need, so you can reach your greatest health potential.

I know so many people who sign up for expensive monthly memberships to gyms or yoga studios, and have a hard time making the most of their membership because it doesn't fit into their lifestyle. If you have a busy lifestyle, going out of your way to make it into the gym or the yoga class you like can be a challenge. Even when you do, you may feel lost, lack a plan, have no motivation or feel you are not getting what you need in an “all-levels” generic yoga class. I created Body Poetry so that you can get the guidance you need that truly makes a difference to you. Yoga classes are experienced on a deeper level when done one-on-one and you can connect more with the instructor as they guide you in the way you need.?

If you've found a practice that works for you, and you feel it could work for others, never hesitate to share the love. The best way to spread the love of health and wellness is encouraging your friends and loved ones to experience it themselves. Invite them to explore a private small group session with you. With Body Poetry, I provide small group offerings for private clients, so they get the experience of a private session- and enjoy a yoga class alongside you while you show them the transformational power of yoga.

Being attuned to what you need and establishing a healthy lifestyle isn’t easy, but practicing yoga as a form of self-care can bring you into balance. Instead of comparing your life with others, find your own flow that works for you. There is an abundance of evidence that supports practicing yoga to improve physical and mental health outcomes. When you focus on your needs, (physical, emotional, or spiritual) you’ll find you have more energy to handle whatever life throws at you.
