How to create the hardware profile in Microsoft D365 for Point of Sale

1.How to Create Hardware Profile

Step.1? Go to Path: Retail & Commerce > Channel Setup > POS Setup > POS Profiles > Hardware Profiles?

Step.1? Click on +New button and update the following fields:

• In the profile number field, enter a value.
• In the description field, enter a value.

Step.3??In the Printer tab, update the following fields:

·???????? In the printer field, enter or select a value.

·???????? In the device name field, enter a value.

·???????? In the Make field, enter a value.

·???????? In the Model field, enter a value.

·???????? In the receipt profile ID field, enter or select a value.

·?? Printer 2 tab can be used to configure another printer

Note: The value in device name, make and model fields must match the values specified in the attached printer.
