So, how do you indoctrinate your prospects?
Simple, you use the most effective communication tool currently available to residential home builders...email. Specifically, you need to use a small sequence of emails, typically about 3 to 4 will do the trick.
The first one is crucially important, it needs to clearly outline to the recipient why they are receiving an email from you. People forget. They may have only visited your website 30 minutes ago but since then they’ve landed on 6 other builders websites and they’ve already forgotten who you are!
