How to Create an Environment that Will Make You Successful with the Least Amount of Effort

Have you ever wondered what’s the key to growth and success?

I was having a session with one of our members, and we started talking about how to really grow a business without having to put out all kinds of money. It doesn't have anything to do with mindset, it doesn't have anything to do with sales and marketing or lead generation, but it has everything to do with your environment, both internal and external.

Think about it for a moment. We all know people have different personalities. Some are more introverted or extroverted, some people get their energy by being on their own and others that get energy by being with others in social situations.

What if we were to take this into consideration when it comes to running and growing a business??

Growing your business means being at your best. Being your most productive, creative, and energetic self, and it starts with knowing the environment where you truly thrive… Only then, can you really push the boundaries, grow, and do what's necessary to change your results.

So if you're an introvert or an extrovert, you will find that you will experience the world in a very different way AND you will experience your peak performance in a very different way. For example, if you are introverted, your biggest battle is within yourself, so your internal environment is the most important one to take care of so that you can be more productive in the external world. However, if you're an extrovert like me, our external environment influences our internal environment heavily.?

The best environment is one in which you can be your best self.?

Being such an extrovert, I can be so responsive to external deadlines that if I'm not in a stimulating environment, I'm not going to be consistent. When I started looking at how I can structure what's around me to be more consistent, things started to change.?

Now you might think, well, I'm not an extroverted person, I'm introverted - and that’s okay! Think of the moments where you are the most productive, happiest, and have the most energy to get things done. What's happening inside yourself, and what do you give to yourself in order to be able to be effective in the external world??

Start to think about what allows you to be at your best, who is around you, how that affects you and what really gets you moving. Once you’re clear on this, you’ll be able to match these insights to your business strategy, as well as your daily planning.?

So take your time and reflect - when are you at your best and how can you leverage that in your business to thrive and grow??

Although I'm an introverted/extraverted person, I thrive around people who are lively, funny and who enjoy life. Those with whom we're on the same wave-length. Conversely, when I'm around people who of the opposite position, I feel like I cannot breathe. So that is absolutely true Simone Vincenzi, our environment impacts the person we are.
