Private Appointments

After your initial inquiry for a custom order, it is possible to schedule a private appointment with the JOSEFINA team. Private appointments take place via video consultations, which include a small diamond or colored stone information course, it varies depending on your inquiry. During your appointment, we will walk you through the most important Diamond details. The consultation will cover a variety of topics like the 4 c's, your budget, delivery rates, deadlines, and the design process. We always aim to educate our clients during these appointments so that they truly understand what it is that they are buying, making the process transparent and educational.

Store Information

At the moment we do not have a physical store and strictly operate via our digital platforms. Our website is currently under construction, however, our Instagram serves as a great look book that features a lot of our bestsellers and most iconic custom orders.

Production Time Frame

In order to achieve our top quality standards, we have a purposefully slow approach in stone search, design process, and production. We highly suggest planning your custom orders 5 to 9 months in advance. The production time frame of each piece depends on the intricacy and design complexity. During the video consultation our team will be able to give you an exact estimate for your order.

Setting Aside Pieces

Our philosophy is to never have excess production. We believe it is always better to produce only what will be worn, this allows us to reduce waste as best as we can, and create products that are meaningful to our clients, extending their longevity beyond our lifetime. For these reasons, all our pieces are made to order. This means that they are produced after the stones and the designs are selected. Thus, the only stock we create is very limited and setting aside or reserving pieces is not possible.

Payment & Shipping

We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers and ship worldwide. Additional import duties are implemented if you live outside the United States and are billed directly by the shipping company.

Shipments are sent in 2 day or overnight services depending on the pieces and they are always insured.
