How to create a company home page on LinkedIn?
1. LinkedIn homepage
The company homepage helps people learn more about your business, brands, products and services, and job opportunities.
Warm Tip: you must first use your real name to create LinkedIn files to complete the following steps to successfully create the company home page.
II. Method of creating a corporate home page
1. click the "more" icon in the upper right corner of the LinkedIn home page;
2. click on "Create a Corporate Home ";
3. enter your company name, then select the URL. All company home page URL structures should be linkedin.com/company/[ your company name];
Your company home page name does not need to be unique, but your home page public address cannot be the same as the existing URL on LinkedIn. LinkedIn members and search engines will find your home page through this unique URL.
Company homepage address:
must contain at least one numeric character.
can be lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens or Chinese, Japanese or Korean (CJK) Unicode.
Can not contain multiple consecutive hyphens (e.g. company name), and hyphens must not be in the starting or ending position (e.g. company-name or company-name-).
4. select the verification box to confirm that you have the right to create the company's home page on behalf of the company;
5. click the Create Page button;
If you do not confirm the email address associated with your LinkedIn account, you will be prompted to add and verify your mailbox address.
If you have just created a LinkedIn account or do not have a sufficient number of friends, a red error message will appear.
6. click "start now" on the welcome screen to start editing your company home page.
You must add a company profile (250-2000 words, including spaces) and a website address to publish the company home page. Please note that the full content of the company home page can not be previewed. After you post the home page, it will appear immediately on LinkedIn.
After you create the company home page, we suggest sharing this information with other colleagues in your company (e.g., human resources department) to add other administrators to the company home page so that one administrator can not access the home page or leave the company in the future. LinkedIn can not provide members with company home page administrator information, nor can it replace or remove administrators.
