How to Create Bite-Sized Content from Your Book

Creating content – it the thought making you cringe? The horror… how… what…augh!

The good news is that it’s easier than you might think.

First thing to remember is KISS (Keep It Simple, Silly). Wordiness is the enemy here. You want to get to the point.

Second thing to remember is “It’s not about you!” You want your content to connect with your audience, so one of the easiest ways to create some content is to give them a tip or trick that they can use right now today, and which will help them take a step forward in their own lives.

Third thing to remember is “When it is about you, be real.” Sometimes it’s refreshing to give your audience a little peek into your life. For example: say you go on a vacation. Post a couple pictures or tell a little story about a unique experience. People like that feeling of being invited to share in your life.

If you just follow these three tips, you will create more engagement. And my final tip? Have some fun with it!
