How to: Create an Audio Event on LinkedIn

One thing that I haven't done on LinkedIn is something that's kind of intimidated me up until now....audio events.
Audio events on LinkedIn were born while I was off giving birth to my own baby, and are now a thriving feature that many of my LinkedIn buddies rave about.
So, I've decided to go ahead and give it a go, and created my very first audio event for the LinkedIn Lowdown!

If you want to give this newish feature a try as well, here's how to do it:
1. Click on the home icon and scroll down until you see the events tab on the left hand side. Click on the + button.
2. Under event format, choose LinkedIn audio event.
3. Add in the event details (header photo, details, start and end date, speakers)
4. Click the next button to share a post about the event, and your event page will look like this!
It was much easier than I expected to set up the event itself, stay tuned for my thoughts on how it all works next week!
