Coaching leaders leverage their own growth areas and acts as a role model for self-discovery, challenging assumptions, and expanding perspectives. Foster a culture of curiosity and reflection, explore new possibilities, overcome obstacles, and drive their own development journey.
  4. A Coaching Mindset: It begins with a fundamental shift in humility and mindset. Excellent post ?? Tricia Steege, M.Ed., ACC. You give great advice and describe the benefits of coaching very well. Also, regular communication between a leader and their team ensures that the right priorities are in place and encouragement or course correction can happen before it's too late. I would add that it's not about the leader. It should be about their direct reports and the leader helping them achieve their career goals.
