How To Create an "Alex Hormozi" Grand Slam Offer with AI

How To Create an "Alex Hormozi" Grand Slam Offer with AI

Alex Hormozi is the greatest marketer of the moment.

And his recent book launch for $100M Leads proves that, with the buzz and attention it generated. (It’s also a good read, so far).

But it’s a sequel to $100M Offers, which I read a few years ago, and need a refresher on.

And coincidentally I need to narrow down my own offer, as I am working full time on my own with SuperMarketers!

So it was a great time for me to review the strategy and process of creating an irresistible offer.

Or as Hormozi puts it, “an offer so good people would feel stupid refusing.”

So in this email, we’re going to learn how to use AI to help us create and improve a Grand Slam Offer.

?? Strategy: Create A Grand Slam Offer

A Grand Slam Offer, if done right, is a cheat code to growth.

It is designed to be an irresistible deal that solves your customer's biggest frustration, targets their biggest pain point and solves it.

Great marketers don't just showcase product features.

They craft an offer that makes the customer's problem disappear.

A perfect grand slam offer taps into the customer's deepest needs. They simply cannot turn it down or risk missing out.

The Key Elements of a Grand Slam Offer:

  • Identifies the Target Customer's Pain Point - Focuses on their biggest problem, frustration, or unmet need
  • Directly Solves the Pain Point - Offer clearly eliminates or resolves the customer's pain point
  • High Value - Offer is perceived as highly valuable, often through bonuses, low intro pricing, etc.
  • Risk-Free - Offer has guarantees, warranties, or other elements to minimize risk/friction
  • Evokes Transformation - Paints a vivid contrast between before/after the offer
  • Scarcity - Uses deadlines, limited spots, or one-time access to create urgency

Let’s dig in to an example of a Grand Slam Offer you may remember…

?? Understand: A Grand Slam Offer Example

Do you remember Domino’s Pizza’s offer: 30 minute delivery or it’s free!

There are a few reasons why this is a grand slam offer:

  • Highly Believable: It is a realistic offer, with immediate feedback.
  • Free Value: Even if you pay for the pizza, you get delicious pizza nearly immediately.
  • Fun: The gamified aspect of this becomes a fun game, with no losers.

This is an irresistible Grand Slam Offer because it solves our deepest needs and pains (hungry…now!), and it layers on risk-free value.

?? Prompt: Create A Grand Slam Offer

So now let’s see how AI can help you uncover your own Grand Slam Offer.

You will need to share some context on your product or service in order to get a customized output.

  • Your business
  • Customers’ pain points?
  • Free value you can include
  • The ideal transformation from Before your offer to After your offer

Here is a copy of the prompt you can use:

Come up with an irresistible "grand slam" offer for my {type of business or niche}:

A grand slam offer is one that:

Identifies the Target Customer's Pain Point - Focuses on their biggest problem, frustration, or unmet need

Start by identifying the biggest pain points or problems my ideal customers have: {What is the deepest frustration they face? Where are they struggling right now? What inefficiencies or annoyances are costing them money or time?}

The offer should directly solve their biggest problem, which is: {insert their #1 pain point}. Create an offer that completely eliminates this pain point and transforms their situation.

Make the offer high-value. Include {bonuses, guarantees, or dramatic discounts} that add massive value and make it a no-brainer.

Add elements of scarcity and urgency: {limited spots available, one-time access, expiring deadline}. Make it scarce and time-sensitive.

Paint a vivid before and after contrast showing how life is transformed after taking the offer: {Describe the journey from pain to relief and pleasure. Show the dramatic transformation.}

Refine the offer with testing until it becomes an irresistible "grand slam" that my ideal customers urgently desire and cannot refuse.

Here is what Claude.ai suggested for my Grand Slam Offer (it only gave me one at first, so I prompted it again to offer 5 versions, each from different angles):

This is not perfect, but the value is in creating different ideas and positioning statements. Then of course it’s ultimately up to potential leads to determine whether it is in fact a Grand Slam Offer ??

?? Experiment: Create Grand Slam Offers for Free Products

I love to learn from Alex Hormozi 's marketing approach, because he gives away tons of value for free, often better than what you’d pay for elsewhere. His freebies in themselves are Grand Slam Offers—something that I can’t refuse consuming.

His strategy with free content is insightful, and worth considering for your next lead magnet:

  • Give away high-quality free content or offers that completely solve a specific problem for your target customer. This builds trust and gets prospects to predict future value from you.
  • Free "lead magnets" should provide complete solutions, not partial or teaser content. Solve one step of the customer's problem really well.
  • Make the lead magnet available in multiple formats - video, audio, PDF, etc to remove friction and increase consumption.
  • Include an obvious and clear call to action for prospects to take the next step, like purchasing your paid product. Remove guesswork.
  • Follow up the free offer by solving the next step of the customer's problem with your paid product.

The key is providing extreme value upfront without reservation to earn trust and prime customers for your core paid offer.

?? Video: Use ChatGPT in Google Sheets…Total Game-Changer!

There is a ChatGPT hack you didn't know you needed:

A ChatGPT integration with Google Sheets.

ChatGPT can become a tedious process if you need to add each prompt individually (I know I know, we get spoiled quickly....)

But with one simple free Google Sheets add on, you can auto-generate all kinds of marketing assets:

  • Blog post ideas
  • Blog Content
  • Email Copy
  • Ad Copy

And so much more.

It can even take your spreadsheet data and automatically populate entire columns, allowing you to leverage the context of what you already have.
