You are most likely reading this blog because you find the thought of posting, scheduling, and creating social media content to be such a chore. You want to have social media channels filled with great content and eye-catching graphics to go alongside it or you may just want a solution that helps you keep in the momentum of creating content.
Luckily for you, we have the solution that will not only make your life easier but your social media to excel and stand out from the rest.
The 3 takeaways from this blog are:
1# 5 stages of awareness
2# How to enhance your social media graphics
3# Introduction to a scheduling tool
Let’s start with the 5 stages of awareness…
Everybody goes through the 5 stages of awareness, and you probably don’t know it!
We understand that creating content for your social media channels can be difficult and hard work. But you just need to change your perspective. Instead of looking inside-out, start looking at your business from the outside. View it as your customer would.
No matter what, industry or sector your business is in, your customers will go through the different stages of awareness…
Unaware
The people at this stage are unaware that they have a pain/problem or a solution.
To reach out and attract this customer, your social media posts need to make them aware that they do have a problem.
Consider what their problems could be and communicate this to them, for example, we would include in our post’s questions like “Are you wanting to move your business to the next level?” or “Are you feeling frustrated that your business is not progressing?”. This content will make them move on to the next stage.?

Problem aware
This stage is where your customers know they have a problem, but they don’t know the solution. They will have many questions as to how they can fix this problem. Your content for your social media needs to educate them on what the solution is. This could be you encouraging them to read your blogs or articles you have, that will show them how you can help. The majority of people when they find valuable and reliable content will go back to the same source to learn more.
Solution aware
Your customer knows what their solution is to their problem. Your customer is now researching and looking at various solutions. Your content at this stage needs to show them why you can help them fix the problem with your products/services. Your posts need to be educating them and explaining the benefits of why to use you.
Most aware
At this stage, your customers know who you are, they know that your product/service is perfect for them, but they need that extra nudge. Using testimonials and case studies to prove that you are the answer and that they can trust you.
Advocate
After all your hard work, your customers have invested in your product/service! This stage is where you want them to remain loyal and become a repeat buyer. Your content here will be upselling to this audience, maybe you create a loyalty programme or offer them customer rewards. You need to keep this customer informed of your products/services and upsell to them.
The most important thing is when you are creating social media posts, keep your customers at the forefront of your mind. By following these 5 stages, you are giving your social media purpose and becoming a lot closer to gaining better results from social media marketing.
We advise that you go through each stage and write 10 things for each one that you could post about.
The takeaways 2 & 3 are explained in detail in our short video here and will help you create 3 months of social media content in one day!
