How the Covid-19 Pandemic Era forced our business to become more creative

In March 2020 amidst the onset of the Covid-19 outbreak, our company, BrandDisco, found itself facing the risk of canceling the launch of Agile Week Carolinas, an inaugural week-long training event scheduled to kick off Oct 2020, with a live event space already secured in the amount of $25,000.00.

After many tough discussions, our team decided instead to pre-film this event in September and live stream the program Oct 6-9 providing a complete virtual experience for viewers.

This solution resulted in the successful live-stream launch of Agile Week Carolinas’ global event broadcasts to 4,000 registered attendees daily delivering over 24-Agile training segments throughout the week.

Although our event was considered a success, there were many decisions, obstacles and solutions introduced along the way that led to this result including things we would've done much differently.
