How to cook bitter gourd!
Since bitter gourd looks lonely, I will make bitter gourd champoo. It's a non-bitter recipe.
1. Cut the bitter gourd in half lengthwise, remove the cotton with a spoon, and cut into 5mm width.
2. Put 1 and salt in a bowl, knead and leave for about 5 minutes. Boil water in a pan and boil for about 30 seconds to drain the water.
3. Wrap cotton tofu in kitchen paper, put it in a heat-resistant bowl, and heat it in a 600W microwave oven for about 1 minute.
4. Remove the rough heat and tear it into bite-sized pieces by hand.
5. Cut the pork ribs into 5 cm widths.
6. Add sesame oil to a frying pan heated on medium heat, add 5 and fry until cooked, add 2 and 4 and fry until the oil is completely mixed.
7. Add ① and fry on medium heat until it becomes familiar with the whole, then add the beaten egg and fry further.
8. When the eggs have hardened, remove them from the heat, serve them on a plate, and sprinkle the dried bonito flakes.
