How To Cook THE BEST Chicken You’ve Ever Had ??????

Grilled chicken is the core protein source in most of my meals.

It's simple, quick, lean, tastes great, and is an excellent way to get your protein in.

No one wants to eat plain, dry chicken, so over the years I’ve been cooking and prepping, I’ve always striven to make the best chicken possible.

In this picture I’m cooking about 10 lbs of chicken breast, which will be enough for about 18 meals.

Step 1?? Trim the fat/ grizzle off the raw chicken breast so its clean and doesn’t have anything nasty on it.

Step 2?? Place all the trimmed chicken breast in a large bowl, and add a few splashes of olive oil so the chicken has more flavor, and doesn’t stick to the grill.

Step 3?? Add the juice of 1-2 lemons, ?? depending on how much chicken you have.

Step 4?? Season generously with pre-made seasonings. My favorites are: Kickin’ Chicken, Montreal Chicken, Rosemary and Garlic, Jalape?o Garlic, Roasted Garlic & Herb, and Citrus Herb. You can find all of these in any grocery store, Costco, Sam’s Club, etc.

Step 5?? Mix all of the chicken in the bowl with your hands, so its evenly coated with the oil, lemon juice, and seasoning.

Give the Chicken some time to marinate in the bowl before cooking. This allows it to really absorb the flavors.

Step 6?? Cook the chicken on medium on a BBQ grill (my favorite), or a cast iron skillet if you don’t have a grill. I’ve found this gives it a much better flavor than cooking in the oven.

Be sure to take the temperature of all of your chicken before taking it off the grill. It should read 160-165F in the thickest part before you take it off the grill.

Happy Grilling!
