How To Contact Google Business Profile (GBP) Support

Issues arise, questions surface, and occasionally, you need assistance with your Google Business Profile (previously Google My Business) account. So, how do you reach out to Google Business Profile support? If you've been browsing your Google Business Profile or Agency dashboard and can't find a call option, you're not alone. Google no longer provides a direct phone number for customer support. In 2020, Google Business Profile streamlined nearly all its support contact options into a single form.

As of today, there are three main ways you can contact GBP Support.

1. Contact Form
2. Social Media
3. Google Business Profile Forum

Always start with this form as it is the most direct way to contact GBP Support – https://support.google.com/business/gethelp When you fill out that form, you will get the option to contact Google by email.

When you fill in that form, you may get an email back with a canned response. If you don’t respond to the email, you?won’t get help.

?? Social Media for Google Business Profile Support

If you’re having trouble with a support request, there are 2 other places you can go for help. I’d only suggest using these if you’ve already contacted Google using that form but aren’t getting the resolution you think you should get.

• Reach out to Google business customer service on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/GoogleBusinessProfile ) by either posting on their wall or messaging the page directly. NOTE: This used to be https://www.facebook.com/GoogleMyBusiness , but that link has been taken over by spammers.
• Tweet to them on Twitter: https://twitter.com/googlemybiz

Expect a response from their customer service support team within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday only). During times of heavy usage, the Google business customer service Social team can become backlogged, and response times can take a week or more.

You can’t talk directly to a Googler on the forum but can get advice from the Google Product Experts who have the ability to escalate issues if necessary. The Google Business Profile Forum is peer-supported and managed primarily by a group of Product Experts who have the ability to escalate issues and cases to Google. ?You can see a list of the current Product Experts here. ?It’s best to post on the forum if you want feedback on a particular issue, see something odd that you feel might be a bug, or need clarification on a particular policy. For spam-related issues, you need to use the Redressal Form.
