How often have you experienced,
losing some weight and gaining it back again,
starting a goal and restarting the same goal again and again,
stopping a bad habit and you realise you are getting it back again,
How often have you experienced?
A common obstacle most of the people face in this world is, they
soon get excited by seeing achievers and celebrities like sports starts, film stars and at
noon they will start their initiation with intense actions without a systematic plan and at
moon when they don't see the expected result they will drop their initiation with frustration.
If you want to take the bull by the horns, then
your ACTIONS need to have the INTENT to be CONSISTENT.
Now, let me help you with the 6 step-by-step I.N.T.E.N.T technique:
I stands for –?Identify your Inner Peace, the end goal which makes you proud.
N stands for – Never stop adopting to the systematic plan to meet your goal.
T stands for – Track to Transformation by hanging with the people whose existing normal is your new normal.
E stands for – Enable your mind to work for you, instead of letting it work against you.
N stands for – Never give-up in between the process of achieving your goal.
T stands for - be the Time?machine– Think about how to make the time with different levels of Time Management like creating to do list, prioritisation. categorisation, etc.

Now, let me take an example of what my friend and?a LIFE Planner Mr.Vijay?Kumar said,
many people join the GYM on January 1st as a new year resolution for improving their physical fitness, they start their workouts intensely WITHOUT a systematic plan, and
first day,?on Jan 1st?they will warm-up and
second day, they will do push-up and
third day, they will do pull-up and
fourth day, they?do chin-up?and
after 9 days, when they still don’t see results,
guess what they do...
on the 10th day, they give-up :)
I do not want you to give-up in-between to remain average.
I want you NOT only to be the Initiator but also to be the Finishiator.
Madhusudan here... reminding you,
If your goal is very daunting from the outset and continues to be challenging then
show-up your 6-step I.N.T.E.N.T in every action to the EXTENT that
you will be CONSISTENT.
Thank you
