We are in always in search to get joyful and happy workplace, but never thought to participate in making the joyful workplace. Here is simple tools for spreading joyful workplace around us.
Wherever we live, we are surrounded by a group of people of various dimension and versatile nature. In such conditions, we are the leader of joyful atmospher but generally we demand for readily available joyful situation in whichh we want to fit and move forwards.

Connectivity with versatile people having different roles opens thought process in 360 degrees of various extents and structures. Connectivity with large group of personnel forces to update the information and requirements. These processes of connectivity with different scope and dimension of workplace colleques align their demand and our supply. This process flows a thread of connectivity and spread among workplace. The connectivity is maintained by kindness in nature and habit.

Being kind opens gate of healthy relations among workplace personnel. Your kindness makes others to be kind enough for you and remaining. So, the kindness chain reaction starts among workplace. During communication, discussion and brainstorming we should be responsive rather reactive. A responsive discussion comes when we are kind enough to the vertical and horizontal channel personnel in the organization. This practice brings people more close towards organization objectives by being kindness among each other.
