Most recently, many white, well-meaning entrepreneurs have come up short as it relates to diversity, inclusion and our overall understanding of race disparity in this country.

Guilt. Shame. Anger. Overwhelm. Confusion. All seem to be the emotions palpating through many white, female entrepreneurial circles.
