Using smart folder you can filter the project data.

• Allow you to filter project data to only the subset of data that is relevant to the project members.
• Maintain the context of the project family and program to which the individual projects belong.

How to configure the Project Smart Folder in Active Workspace?

1. Open the Project Tile In AWC

2. Login to infodba account in AWC

3.Change the workspace to Active Architect.

4. Open the XRT Editor

5. Select the Project and similarly open the XRT Editor.

6. Modify the stylesheet as per below.

7. Add the New Page and 2 new section on it as per the business object.

8. Click On Save button.

9. Assign the object to project in Active Worksapce.

10. Open the project tile in AWC.

11. Select the Particular Project in AWC and check the result.

Benefits of Smart Folder in AWC?

1. Easy to find out the project data in AWC.
2. Easy to Categorise out the project data in AWC.
3. Get the more project details as per current selection in AWC.
4. Get the more information of project object in Tabular format.
