I spent a long time (or did it just seem long...) in supply chain and procurement roles. I had plenty of experience from the other side of the sales table - watching people who didn't know how to sell, trying to get me to buy stuff.
But the most predictable ruse was the January price rise that so many companies try to get away with (you know who you are, med device companies!)
