Yes, you read correctly. Using google sheets and Hunter.io you can easily collect 100’s or even thousands of email addresses at a click of a button. Yes, there are plenty of other methods of doing it but most people store their contacts in a CSV-formatted database so why not start with the end in mind?

Now let’s get to the steps of achieving this.

• Create a free account in hunter.io
• Create a new Google sheet and name it an Email search of whatever you prefer. If you already have a Google sheet with company names, websites or domains then skip this step.
• In Google Sheets head over to the extensions tab and click on the Extensions tab. DON’T GET DISTRACTED BY ALL THE OTHER TOOLS JUST YET.
• Search for hunter.io and follow the instructions to install the tool. Having Hunter open in another tab will speed up the authentication process.
• Now that the tool is installed head over to the column containing the websites and highlight the column by clicking once on the top of the column itself.

• With the column highlighted, click on the tools tab and select hunter.io. The dashboard will open on the right side of the screen.
• Now select Find emails from domains in bulk and click Find.

• Ta-da!!! Hunter will now open up a new sheet and show you all the emails from that domain along with the first and last name of the email as well as the email verification information. Some emails won’t have the first and last name and there is not much you can do about it!

• It’s advised to verify that new list of emails and you can do it with the same tool!
