How coaching culture implemented in €50M+ corporation can help C-suite, HR and mid-level managers achieve...

...their goals without huge effort even if they want to do that in only 6 weeks

“Let's make the best specialist/technician in the team a manager. I'm sure they'll be fine."

?

How many times have you heard that statement?

?

And how many times has this statement led to the appointment of such a manager?

Probably a lot, unfortunately...

?

In most cases, such a promotion resulted in losses on both sides - the organisation and the promoted employee.

?

But does it always have to be like this?

?

No, not at all.

?

Hiring the right manager does not have to involve losses.

?

How to achieve it?

?

The employee must be properly introduced to the new reality.

?

First, they need to be made aware that he is not a 'one-man army' now, and the results depend on the results of the team they lead.

?

When I became a manager – it was a long time ago – I never had either managerial training or a mentorship. That’s why it was very difficult for me to understand what my work should really look like.

?

I wanted to do every task I got from my bosses (those days I had two managers), clients, even my own employees…

?

That was great but not for me…

?

Nobody told me that I needed to change my approach to the new role.

?

And that was one of the biggest reasons for my low productivity – I had my finger in every pie at my department. I was like a firefighter but without any support.

?

?

?? FRUSTRATION appeared!

?

?

?? I felt DEVASTED after each day at work, didn’t want to come back the next morning!

?

The pressure was so huge, and stress went from an acceptable level (when I could do something quicker) to a level where I couldn’t do anything because I wanted to do everything at the same time.

?

?

?? One day the decision has been made – this MUST BE FINISHED!

?

?

I didn’t want to work this way anymore.

?

That’s why I started working as a real leader - understanding, demanding and helpful.

?

The biggest issue was to find out what the manager is responsible for.

?

When I did that, I was able to delegate tasks, check the progress and communicate with my bosses, and employees.

?

The ‘side effect’ was that I could do my work and the productivity of the entire team increased. ??

?

Later, during the next years of my work, I met many managers, newly promoted or even those who had worked for a long time, who had the same issue. And they didn’t receive any help from anyone.

?

That’s sad!

Because of this fact managers suffer; design and construction corporations suffer…

?

One day, when I looked back at my experience, I decided to create a program that helps managers and at the same time helps design and construction corporations uplift the skills of their managers.

?

And I must say…

?

?? It really works!

?

??Integrative Success Blueprint?? (ISB??) is a 3-step program that helps corporate senior- and mid-level managers in their work thanks to a better understanding of business reality.

?

?? If only I could attend such a program when I stepped into a managerial environment, I would've felt more self-confident and more productive.

?

But I do not regret it!

?

Finally, someone has created such a program ??

?

?

?? Who wants to attend Integrative Success Blueprint???

?

?

??I have the last 3 open slots for organisations that want to achieve goals thanks to well-prepared managers!

?

The course ???????????? ???????? ????????????!

?

Don’t wait!

Take it!

?

DM me with the expression:

?
