How Coaching changes lives

A coach can help people understand better who they are, at what stage in their lives they are at, what drives, inspires and motivates them, to help and support them moving forward.

Contrary to what was perceived, and used, wrongly, for many years, many people in corporations were "suggested", "told" or "pushed" to work with a coach for remedial situations, and of course, it did not work well in many cases...

To work successfully with a coach, YOU have to voluntarily decide it, after knowing better what coaching is and how it can help YOU change and improve your life, to support YOU at a personal or professional context.

And of course, YOU have to be willing to start doing things differently from what YOU are doing now.

As Einstein said...

"We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them."

"In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity."

"There are two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle."
