How Coaches Can Niche Down & Level Up!
A study shared that the coaching industry is the second-fastest-growing industry in the world with a market share that is expected to be 20 billion dollars this year. The fastest-growing amount of services in the coaching industry are niche services. So, what does that mean to you??
If you consider yourself a coach or a trainer or a speaker or a consultant, any of those things, I think they all kind of fit in that circle. I think there are some simple things that we can do to go in. So, how do we create niche service offerings within our already established service offerings and how do we just niche down?
The first idea is all you need to do is add complementary services to your current offerings. For example, if you are a marketing coach and you help coach people or consult people in marketing strategy, instead of calling yourself a marketing coach or having things, a broad topic like that, you can break it down. You can add and offer services that include digital marketing and social media and design.
The second thing is niche down based on what you already do. A great example of this is if you call yourself a life coach, it's broad and ambiguous.??I kind of know what it is but I don't really know what you do because everything each life coach does is different, right??

I could have 10 different life coaches and have 10 different experiences and they all cover different things. Instead of saying you’re a life coach, hyper niche down based on what you do. Really niche down so that we're able to clearly identify what it is that you do and you're not changing anything other than making it hyper-specific.
The third thing is to create a hyper-focused market by simply getting more clarity around your core target audience. Be super clear on who you want to serve, that they look for you. You want to be super clear on who is the person you want to serve.?
Once you get clear on who you want to serve, you can really niche down based on your core target audience, as well as the way that you describe what you do underneath the larger umbrella.?
