1. Redesign Your Revenue Model: Get clear on the best clients to work with and the outcomes and results you can help them achieve. Create a high-end core offer ($40k-$100k+) for these clients and then create additional offers as down-sell offers that range from $5k-$50k. Sell yourself one way. What do you want to be known for? When I help my clients do this, they often sell $25k offers as their down-sell offers and get paid in full.
2. Revamp Your Marketing - Level up and step up your brand and visibility. Implement a marketing influence plan and a marketing system that simultaneously gets clients like clockwork or multiple clients. Many people will tell you to set up payments for your clients. If you want to make more giant and faster financial leaps, something else is needed for you. Imagine bringing in one new client a month at $50k, and that entire amount goes into your bank account in one payment. Bring in one client monthly, and you are at $50k per month. Now, you have the money to rev up your business.
4. Rev-Up Your Revenue - Build your team, add JV partnerships, affiliate programs, paid advertising, or new income streams. There are many ways to continue to grow your revenue without doing more. Higher revenue months will give you the resources you need to scale up.
