How To Close 1-2 More Sales/Week Without Booking More Calls ???

You see, there is a “sweet spot” in the sales process that is ripe for optimization:?
It’s the time between when your prospect books the call with you, and when they actually show up.?
I call it the “Pre-Call Warm-up.”?
Unfortunately, for most people, it’s the “pre-call cool-down!”? ??
Because instead of tapping into this golden opportunity to further educate and warm up your prospects before the call, most coaches and consultants do this:

But here’s the thing. ?
When your prospect booked the call with you, they were pretty motivated to take action.?
They may not have been exactly in the Buy Zone, but they were at least in the I’m Feeling Pain Zone.? ??
And chances are, they will have to wait a few hours, maybe even a day or two, between the time they filled out that form, to the time you actually get on a call with them.?
And a LOT can happen in that time!? ??
This is kind of a long topic, but let me break down the key principles here first:?
??DO NOT spam them with automated reminders. Instead, send hand-crafted personalized emails and texts (may be automated or sent by your VA)??
?Make the wait short, but not TOO short. I’ve found that between 8 and 36 hours works best??
?Introduce yourself on a brief video, congratulate them for taking action, and invite them to be prepared for the call??
?Tell them what to expect when you meet, and what you expect from them??
?Always give them a homework assignment, preferably to review some video content and take at least one action??
?Share some additional social proof, but don’t go overboard??
When you do any or all of the above, you will DEFINITELY see two things happen:?
??Your no-show rate will go DOWN, and
??Your closing rate will go UP?
And it’s a beautiful thing!? ??
