?Work to learn and not to earn. When you get to the top, you will know what it takes to have something done. You can put a price on what you want to earn.

Identify the things which are good for the organization and the ones which made a mark for it to tick and figure that out, don’t abandon them instead improve on them as they will put you on a step ahead already than starting from scratch.
