How client insights enable business growth.

In my last article, I wrote about the power of questions and drilling down to get the information you need to help your customers. 

But what happens once you’ve asked the right questions; how do you respond to the answers? 

Over the years, I’ve learnt from my mistakes, and you know what? It’s made me better at listening to my customers, embracing their feedback and creating something of real value to help them. 

The Value of Insight

Probably the most valuable thing I have learned that I’d like to share with you is about utilising this new information to grow your key accounts. 

Valuable as they are, key accounts run the genuine risk of receiving monotonous service and products, which deliver but have become stagnant. 

Listening, learning, and leveraging 

I have learned that by regularly engaging with my customers, I can understand the challenges and goals they face both now and in the future.  

My response is an in-depth consideration and further research based on the questions and answers given, which I can marry with an understanding of their sector and competition. 

Leveraging the conversation to its maximum potential, allows me to gain the arsenal I need to deliver fresh, insightful and innovative products which have real value. The value translates into measurable growth while demonstrating a commitment and alignment to their strategic intent. 

The result: Clients feel valued, understood and know that when we both take the time to address in-depth questions, it results in new solutions which help them overcome challenges and accelerate their business growth.
